Vince Monardo
Lawyer
Vince Monardo is a solicitor with extensive experience in commercial and personal matters. Over the past 40 years, Vince has held management roles at Dick Smith Electronics, Computerland Australia, Imagineering, PC Direct and Computemp. During this time, he spent time in both China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
When he is working on a commercial transaction or matter, Vince draws on his understanding of how businesses operate in the real world. His experience working with businesses based in Asia means that he is ideally placed to advise clients operating in, or hoping to enter, those markets.
Specialising in advising clients buying and selling businesses, as well as on corporate restructures, Vince is highly regarded by his clients, not only for his pragmatic legal advice but for his ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly. He is also known for his work in insolvency and workplace relations.
Vince has, as well, developed a reputation as a skilled commercial litigator. Once again, his clients value his commercial approach to dispute resolution, which means that, more often than not, they are able to avoid becoming entangled in time-consuming and costly litigation.
One of Vince’s passions is family law. This stems from his belief that it is important for his clients to receive the highest-quality legal advice not only in relation to their professional lives but also in regard to their personal lives. In addition, he believes good legal advice can prevent a great deal of the heartache, especially for children, that surrounds relationship breakdowns. He has completed a Master of Applied Law in Family Law.
Vince also provides advice on estate planning, testamentary trusts, family provisions and Associations Law.
