Online Probate Form
Have you been appointed as an executor? Do you need assistance with preparing the application for the grant of probate and administering the estate?
What is an executor?
An executor is a person or organisation nominated under a will to carry out the wishes of the testator. This means that they are responsible for making sure the testator’s debts are paid, and their property and assets are distributed according to their wishes. The executor is responsible for applying for the grant of probate.
At Monardo Solicitors, we try to make preparing the application for the grant of probate as easy and cost-effective as possible.
We offer two options for preparing the application for the grant of probate:
Option One: You call us to make an appointment and we arrange a meeting with you to discuss what is required to prepare the application for the grant of probate.
